How to Delete Your Jaayma Account

Open the Jaayma App

Launch the Jaayma app on your mobile device

Go to Menu

Tap on the menu icon in the top corner of the app

Select Settings

Find and tap on the Settings option in the menu

Select Profile

In the Settings menu, tap on the Profile option

Enter Password and Delete

Enter your account password in the provided field and tap the Delete Account button

Important Information About Account Deletion:

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • All your personal data will be removed from our servers
  • Your account history, including purchases and seller information, will be deleted
  • The deletion process may take up to 30 days to complete
  • If you change your mind, you can create a new account after deletion
